And God Answered!

For the past 3 years we have been meeting in a school, saving & praying that God would give us our own piece of land where we could have the freedom to meet 24/7. And God answered!.. Wednesday, Sept 12th, through the generous, Spirit led, love motivated giving of many of you, we were able to purchase, for $6,000, a nice plot in a prime location, where we hope to meet soon. As God provides, our immediate goal is to put a large tent ($1,400) on a concrete foundation ($1,200), with a bible college dorm ($1,000) on site, before the rainy season in November. We are praising the Lord for for what He has done!

The Grace Hour - Kitwe

PRAISE GOD and we are so grateful to one kind supporter, who sacrificially, faithfully, without wanting to be even known, just came through with a year of radio support, for the Grace Hour Kitwe to beam around the Copperbelt every week. We are some excited to be back on the air! Pray that this would continue to touch many lives and that God would add fruit, much fruit, and fruit which remains.
UPDATE: We just received an extra hour a week.. (included) - the program will be recorded and replayed on Sunday mornings, around the Copperbelt, from 08:00-09:00 !!!

http://youtu.be/BuRda4JAoMs
For the last few years we've been taking pictures and video... even making documentaries... on my sister's old cellphone.. until recently, someone saw the need and kindly sent an HD camera with the Kosciolek's as they came to ZamCon!! It's a grat blessing and I hope it can be used to bless YOU with a clearer picture of the vision and what God is doing this side of the vineyard. Get ready for new footage on:

The Perfect Timing of God

For years my sister has been waiting for her South African passport in London.
For months I have been waiting for mine at the SA High Commission in Lusaka...
Last week I was about to make the 5hr trip to Lusaka to drop a visitor off at the airport...
day before leaving I got a call... your passport is ready Mr Speedy, come and pick it up!
Just too smooth for co-incidence :)

Answered: Church meeting place in Congo!

Pastor Emile & the Speedyz
When I was up in Lumbumbashi Congo last month I was told that they had a place for bible school, but not for church. What can't you use the same school?.... "This is Congo"... because churches are all about money.. renters know that and jack up the price for church meetings... so the free bible school was fine.. but the church on Sundays, not.

I was a bit sad because that's the primary reason we go! CHURCH planting!!

So we prayed and what do you know... yesterday I get a call from Pastor Emile who says that the guy in charge was fired.. apparently taking too much money and pocketing it... so they have the place now, for church AND... for 1/3 of the price... $5/month!!!
God is good!

Our first Village outreach

The other day in prayer I was thinking of the majority in Zambia who live not in towns but in the village!
I prayed asking the Lord for an open door into the village areas of the Copperbelt
I had heard of Kalufwanyama, hours away from Kitwe, very undeveloped, massive population, a very bad road leads to this area, much of it has no power, and the co-ordinates according to Wikipedia... are unknown!

Then I had heard of Maposa, off of the Kitwe Ndola Road.
Some friends of mine used to work there before going back to the States.

I put it to some of my leaders and they all said... Maposa!

So we asked the Lord for an open door there.
That door has been opened!
2 Thursdays ago we sent 2 men to scout out the area.
Then this past Thursday 5 of us went to meet some men who were open to the word of God.
It resulted in a bible study on Performance vs Faith, in a large open hut, some salvations, and a list of very open interested contacts who all want to be contacted for our next visit, I'm planing to go this month again.
Please continue to pray for Maposa!

Housing miracle!

Tanguays were planning a trip... nowhere to put them... suddenly, our neighbour who we didn't really know asks Melinda if she knows anyone looking for housing... The place was perfect.. right across the street, the people so kind and friendly, housed them for 3 weeks in their guest house out of goodwill, the place even had a Jacuzzi! God answers prayer!
